Connect Your Account
Afterpay requires merchants to send a support ticket to request their Merchant ID and Secret Key.
Open an Afterpay Support Ticket
Connect your Afterpay Merchant account to Greenback using the following steps:
- Obtain your Merchant ID and Secret Key from Afterpay. This will be in an email sent from Afterpay during the on-boarding.
- Connect to Greenback
- Log in to your Greenback account
- Go to Connect an account > Sales > Afterpay > Connect +
- Paste the Merchant ID into Greenback's Merchant ID field
- Paste the Secret Key into Greenback’s Secret Key field
- Click Connect
