Connect Your Account
Clearpay requires merchants to send a support ticket to request their Merchant ID and Secret Key.
Open a Clearpay Support Ticket
Connect your Clearpay Merchant account to Greenback using the following steps:
- Obtain your Merchant ID and Secret Key from Clearpay.
- Connect to Greenback
- Log in to your Greenback account
- Go to Connect an account > Sales > Clearpay > Connect +
- Paste the Merchant ID into Greenback's Merchant ID field
- Paste the Secret Key into Greenback’s Secret Key field
- Click Connect
